Payment Methods: Health Ride is a provider to over 40 Programs and Agencies within its coverage area. We are an approved provider to the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), Community Health Choices Program and several insurance plans. We serve Medical Assistance plans, Dual Eligible Medicare and Medicaid plans, and Home an

  

Payment Methods: Health Ride is a provider to over 40 Programs and Agencies within its coverage area. We are an approved provider to the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), Community Health Choices Program and several insurance plans. We serve Medical Assistance plans, Dual Eligible Medicare and Medicaid plans, and Home and Community Based Waiver Programs. Health Ride has several individual contracts with Health Care facilities, Government Agencies and will accept Credit Card or Cash Payment for private pay individual services.


Pricing: Pricing for each program is based on contract price. Private pay transport price is based on type of transport, distance and wait time. Free quote’s available. Volume discounts are applied.

Reservation Guidelines: Minimum 72-hour advance scheduling preferred, 24-hour for Urgent Care, and On Demand/Same Day service available in certain areas.


Hours of Operation: Transport Requests with minimum 72 hours of notice can be scheduled 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week. Demand or On Call services available in certain areas.
